Once you organize a Tournament on PLAYINGA, you can choose to invite participants, individual teams/players to participate in your tournament apart from accepting applications from teams/players for participation.

Step 1: Click the Tournaments sub-tab in the top middle of your profile page. From the list of your tournaments, click on the tournament of interest to go to the specific Tournament page.

Hover your pointer over the Tournaments name and click on it.

Step 3: A list of divisions created in the tournament will be listed. Click on the Finalize Applicants button on division where you want to add.

Step 3: Click the Add Applicant button that appears under the Participants division page. Now, a box appears with few fields. 

Step 4: Click on the player name field and type your keyword. You will be suggested with the player's list. Choose the player you want to invite from the dropdown and fill other information asked in the pop-up.

Step 4: Click on the Proceed button after choosing player and filling all mandatory fields.

This box lets you send individual invites to each of them.

Note: To add more participants click on Add Particpant button that appears on the pop up.

To Add new team in a tournament, Choose team sports divisions.

Step 1: Click on the Finalize button that directs to team sports where you want to add a team.

Step 2: Click on Add another Applicant or Add applicant button on the division page that appears.

Step 4: After filling all mandatory details click on Procced.

Step 5: You can start adding participants for the team created in the next pop up. 

Step 6: Click on the Procced button. 

Step 7: Agree to terms and conditions and click on save applications.

Thus Players will be added as participants in the tournament and invitation will be sent to each player added.
