Inviting Players to a Team

Once you create a team on Playinga, you could add players to it directly by sending invites to join the team as well as accept enrollment from players who wish to join your team.

For a step-by-step visual guide, you can also watch the video tutorial

Step 1: Navigate to Team Page

Go to your team’s tab at your profile page and clicking on the specific team from the list of teams.
Note: You should be the team admin or captain to invite players.

Step 2: Go to Player Sub tab

In your team page, click on the Players sub-tab. If you have already added players to your team during team creation, the list of players already present in your team appear.

Step 3: Add a New Player

To add a new player to your team, click the ‘Add Player’ button.

Step 4:  Fill the Team registration form

Fill in the player details to invite them. To add or remove fields, you can edit the form in the Forms tab under Team Settings. After adding players, click the ‘Invite’ button to send the invitations.

Note: Click ‘Add Player’ repeatedly to add multiple players at once.

Step 5: Revoke Invitation

After Invite player, Player name with Revoke invitation will be visible on your team player listing page. Once you send invites you also choose to Revoke Invitation so that those invitations are no longer valid.

Note: When revoke invitation is selected, the invite notification that has been sent to the player gets deleted.

Each player gets added to your team once he or she accepts your invite and the player name appears on the Players page of the Team.
