Forgot Password
If you forgot your login password, Forgot Password feature will help you get back access to your account.
As a PLAYINGA user, you can reset your login password if you have used your email address for registering your account in PLAYINGA.
Steps to reset your password is given below:
Step 1: On PLAYINGA’s home page click the LOGIN button.
Step 2: Click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
Step 3: Enter the valid email address, the same address which you used to login to PLAYINGA and click on SEND
Step 4: You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The email will be sent only if the account is registered with PLAYINGA.
Step 5: Click on the unique URL that was sent your email. A new window shall open requesting you to enter your new password. Enter the new password, confirm the new password and click on Save.
Step 6: Password is now changed and you can log in to PLAYINGA with the new password.
