How to Edit Match Parameters on Playinga

Editing Match Parameters

For any match you schedule on PLAYINGA, you can choose to modify the match parameters including the match date, time and venue any time before the commencement of the match (Editing Match).

The steps to modify match parameters are below.

Step 1: Log in to your PLAYINGA account.

Step 2: Click the Matches sub-tab which appears along with other sub-tabs such as Feeds, Friends in the top middle of the profile page. This will display a list of matches including upcoming and past matches scheduled using PLAYINGA along with their schedule, match name and opponent name.

Note: You can only modify the settings of a match that you have created. You can not alter the settings of a match that has been created by other players, though you may be a part of it.

Step 3: From the list of upcoming matches, tap on the match name this will take you to match page.

 

Step 4: Once you are on the specific match page, Again click the Match name or Tournament Name.



Step 5: Now, you’ll be redirected to dedicated tournament page. Here, you can see all the matches in this tournament. 

Step 6: Locate the match you want to update. Click the dropdown button and select the Edit option to make changes. If your matches are in knockout format, you can directly click the Edit option at the top right of the match.



Step 7: Here, the current match details will appear. you can update the match name, date, time, venue and court details. After making the changes, click the Submit button.


Step 8: To see the changes, click the View option from the dropdown, or simply click the match name.

Step 9: The match page will open, and you can view the updates. If the match is scored and published, you cannot able to edit anything.
