Claim your Player Profile
PLAYINGA offers a feature for Non-Playinga users to claim their PLAYINGA profile page after a tournament is played.
Claiming as Player for a Team.
Team admin shall add your email id and other details and invite. To claim, register/login with the email id provided to team admin.
Step 1: Login into Playinga using your registered Email id and password. If new user please register and then login.
Step 2: In the Search box that appears above your profile image and name, enter the relevant keywords for team. A list of players, teams and tournaments containing the keywords will be returned along with thumbnail images that have been used by them for their representation.
You can also find team admin profile and apply.
Step 3: In the Search box that appears above your profile image and name, enter the relevant keywords for player. A list of players, teams and tournaments containing the keywords will be returned along with thumbnail images that have been used by them for their representation.
Step 4: On the Player profile, click on team subtab and select the team on which you want to claim as a player.
Step 5: It will redirect to the corresponding team page and click on Players subtab. List of players will be shown, find your name and click on "Claim Player" button.
Step 6: Clicking on the Claim player button will show a pop up with send OTP option. Click on Send OTP button. Make sure your claiming with the exact email id with which the team admin have added/Invited.
Step 7: Go to your Email inbox and you would have recieved a OTP Email from Playinga.
Enter the OTP received in Email and click on the "Validate OTP" button.
step 9: After sending Join team request now it will be visible as Player in team player listing page.
Note - You can only claim with the login credentials(email) which the team admin has provided. The OTP will be sent to the email which team admin has added and if you try to claim with any other credentials you will not receive OTP and cannot able to claim.
Claiming as Friend -
A player can provide your information and add as friend.
Step 1: Login into Playinga using your registered Email id and password. If new user please register and then login.
Step 2: In the Search box that appears above your profile image and name, enter the relevant keywords for player. A list of players, teams and tournaments containing the keywords will be returned along with thumbnail images that have been used by them for their representation.
Step 3: Select the player on which you want to claim as Friend.
Step 4: Player profile will be redirected. click on Freinds Subtab.
Step 5: Find your name on the list and click on Claim Profile button.
Step 6: Claim Player pop up with send OTP option will be visible. click on send OTP.
Step 7: Go to your Email inbox and you would have recieved a OTP Email from Playinga.
Step 8: Enter the OTP received in Email and click on the "Validate OTP" button.
Step 9: If the OTP provided is right, you will be added as friend on that profile and thus claim is done.
