Manage Player Enrollments in Playinga Teams – Accept, Reject, or Remove Players

Teams on PLAYINGA are searchable, so any player can apply to join. Invited players must also complete the join form, and as team admin you should review their information to Accept or Reject

Decide on Enrollments from Notifications:

You can click on Team link from notification, then players tab and decide on Accept/Reject.

Decide on Enrollments from Players Tab:

Step 1: Navigate to player tab
Navigate to the Team Page by clicking on the Teams tab in the top of your profile page and clicking on the team of interest.
Click on the Players sub-tab in the top middle of the team page. A list of players appears, which includes those who wish to enrol in your team along with Accept and Reject buttons.

Step 2:  View Player information

You could click on the view option in the thumbnail representation to know more about the player before accepting the enrollment request.  As an admin, you can edit the fields and and then Accept, if you wish to include the player in your team.

Step 3:  Click "Accept"

Once you click the Accept button, the player becomes a new member of your team with his/her preferred jersey number.


Step 4:  Reject Player

To reject a player, click the Reject option and provide a reason. The player will then no longer appear in the player list.


Step 5:  Remove Player

Click on a player’s thumbnail to view their information, then use the Remove Player option at the bottom to remove them. Then, Player will be removed from Teams Player listing page.


The player’s request has been accepted, and they’re now added to your team.
